I cant see that much of the old plant will be used. Heap leach plants are not that relocatable plus also not that upgradable. Ponds, heap cant be moved, leach tanks will be too small. Crusher may also be too small.

I believe they already have most of the required electrowinning and a lot of the site buildings can be re-used.

But to be honest the big capital bucks are in the leach pads and the crushing and conveying.

Its not going to make or break the project.
