Be careful people.
Think about where your underlying value is coming from. Yes pubs can be very good businesses, and no doubt they are good operators, but these guys have a very heavy debt burdon that is going to take a long, long time to work through.
Maybe just put the front door on it, leave the rest of the house intact!
