Fair enough. I think you were misinformed though. I have researched it pretty thoroughly myself but that's not to say it won't change in the future.
BTW I would be interested to know how much you pay for a separate accountant and auditor. Years ago I was paying more than $3,000 but now I only pay less than $650 all up.
