My understanding is they have finished and keep in mind the main buyers (LIPPO & GRAY) paid a premium to the market $0.10 for the stock.
There also has been tax loss selling which has also been absorbed , now that is out of the way the sp should improve.
Regarding a target for the stock I for one would be more than happy to see the stock back to say $0.20 in six months time , however this will all depend on further contracts.
I really do believe we are on to something special here the market hasn't come to terms with what Hydrotech are all about when they do it should be very rewarding for us all.
