Tax loss selling will be finished today,so I would expect buyers will have to start paying up instead of just waiting in the queue for sellers to come down.Delivery on their promises will be needed to win over the skeptics and hopefully that can start at the next quarterly.I have bought some more at what I believe is a real bargain.
