I wouldn't worry about the US arm being infected from the DOW.
In America weaponry is sacred. They"ll even give up their hummers before allowing their navy to suffer imho, besides in their terms the options ASB present are cheap.
An area I wonder about though is the fuel costs of operating fast ferries. In paticular is litres/passenger km less than with flying?
Regardless they appear a very well positioned company for low cost organic growth.
