bluey if i were a gambling man (which incidentally i am) i would say that i bet most of lowell's clients are in fact cygnet clients as well, and they are also probably the same soph investors who take placement shares too. i bet it is all very interconnected in there.
pure speculation of course, just as my maryborough theory is.
