here here ASX listing rules seem to be adhered to by most companies when it suits them - and as mrg states 'it's one of the many practices the ASX turns a blind eye too... ' You would think that it makes no sense to hold back good assay results, atleast to us little shareholders, and whether or not they are sitting on them, why did they state on 4/6/08 that "The drill holes are very visually encouraging and first assays from the programme will be available by next week"?? Rather that give us a false statement, why not say 'within the next month' - giving themselves a deadline & not delivering is not professional. On the other hand I may be wrong, with 'available' meaning that the assays will ready for the company to start testing 'next week'. If thats the case then I'm whinging for nothing, they don't have the results yet & that would make sense would'nt it??? Unfortunately everything on the stockmarket dont make sense - thats what makes it fun & frustrating!!
