From now COI is without any risk with their US exploration program - from now the whole program (including Grays Habor) is funded and COI will retain 20% of their assets if they are successful - a great deal!
... and not "the escape from the US" like John Constantine presumed.
Imho a masterpiece in cotroling risk and prospect made by Andy Lydyard.
