Ankur is right guys ...prime is not interested in any share price rally unlike DOM. This will allow them to get the remaining DES by way of convertible loans and other tactics to increase their holding over time (years). For Prime they consider DES to be long term investment so any consolidation will take into effect the upside in their numbers and any potential loss in carried investment will not be recognised in Books of Accounts as their investment will sit at COST and does not need to be marked to market till they have justifiable valuation. I am Auditor by profession so I know all this shit well.
So it makes perfect sense to linger on with this low price and keep issuing new convertible loans to themselves ...check out NLX and IBA and many other such scripts for that matter. These are dirty tricks wherein PRIME has effectively taken over this GOLD Company without paying any takeover premium. Forget any movement back to highs we have bought in past…. this is a DOG now!!.
