agreed bluebear. and why would Willis put his hand up as director of a failed telco when he already has NEC and HFC to run with, if it weren't because they have some grand designs for it its future. one can only speculate that this isn't intended to become just another 2-bit long shot spec miner with a nice sounding resource of no fundamental worth. if it was, then they wouldn't be placing shares at 1c when the MC was already over 12mill.

and given that the mc is probably now closer to 16mill, one could also safely presume that if all we get now in the way of announcements is a "placement fully taken up" notice, then we are already being told that the story is already convincing enough for the "big hitters" to throw their money at it.
