In all honesty, after the farse of buying out the hedge funds I don't think we can count on the manager doing the right thing by unit holders. I only re-bought back in as the discount to NTA got too large to ignore.

What I would do is encourage you to write to the manager of LRF and ask that, when the time comes for LRF2 to be sold down, it be done by way of a rights issue to existing unit holders. If they receive communication from enough unitholders encouraging that it MIGHT help persuade them
