Intersting observation francoo....what you didn't mention though is that there is an option attached to the placement which has a short expiry date and is exercisable at 2.5 cents...I reckon that option might just get in the money too and raise some more cash.....what do you reckon????

That means FUT is headed for well past 2.5 cents and given it's sitting at 1.3cents that's a solid return even if you buy in now.
