right now, people still assume they have time enought to hold out for a cheaper entry. once this gets decisively ruled out, there are some 30mill of seemingly legit orders waiting to get in.
they will move up. then the fires will be fanned and you'll get a big gap up on any announcement.
2c before any announcement seems pretty likely to me, considering it is only 8mill shares away.
