It's all very vague isn't it? Ensign was signed to drill both, with the second well to be started in early June according to the drilling contract announcement in April. Now it appears that it will be done with another more powerful rig, as per the same announcement, (same contractor I presume?) but now it is 'later in the year'. Hopefully the company will clarify the drilling program soon....otherwise this will stagnate down to 7-8 cents.
