If the purchases they made were good purchases and integration was going to plan Dom would not have got the boot. In very short space turned into co with 100m shares on issue to co with almost 500m shares on issue. I think we can expect a fair amount of bad news coming up. Check out their websites - display advertising on the majority of sites is now almost non-existent when they were purchased on basis they would be making most of their money from display advertising.
Of most concern - Oscarone has stopped arguing DES is a buy because of its very Low PE. That is a worry.
