''While we live in the world “out there,” we simultaneously work with our “innermost experience” which penetrates to the heart and shines’ within.''

That's basically what I have been saying...and the reason why our beliefs and assumptions are subjective and relative and the external world objective.
If truth is related to how the world actually is, objective and not reliant on what we believe about it, then truth is objective.
But if 'truth' is related to our beliefs and assumptions, then 'truth' is subjective and relative to the believer and not to objective, verifiable fact. One persons 'truth' being another persons falsehood. Thereby making the word ''truth'' meaningless. Just another way of saying ''belief''
