Griff I disagree with on various aspects. I don't want to be disrespectful to him/her as it's good debate but to say there is no correlation between the IRR of a project (on reasonable assumptions) and the atttractiveness off financing that project is absolutely incorrect.

Clearly though nobody is going to want to agree with me as its not good for their investment. I get that, contrary to popular belief I do not want you guys to lose money. But it's not like I haven't outlined the Bergen deal sucked, the BFS would be soft, SK wouldn't take up the options and finance wouldn't be organised a while ago now when I said this was a clear short but borrow wasn't available.
