IMO - IF another dam burst that would be the straw that breaks Vale's back... and again IMO we would see a return to the 2012 / 2013 prices .... let's just be thankful they 'appear' to be moving people out of harms way for the ones rated as high risk now until they get satisfactory maintenance undertaken. Infrastructure can be replaced ... people cannot
