OT. I have it right now... email Commsec as they have iress working on mine at the moment. They have mentioned they may need to delete all my set alerts to rectify it.. I've given the go ahead and just waiting now.
They believed it was an issue with old Trader alerts but I never used trader. Believe it has them stumped. For some reason though, occassionally it will allow me to set an alert or two and then raises the alarm again.
