I wonder what this will cost.
They reckon the cost for phase 2 is US$3.5b.
I notice the modules for drilling are already made.

Plus KAR will be up for 40% of what's already producing.
That's a lot of money for a company with US300m in the bank.
If the story is correct KAR will already have funding in place one would think.
