The key word in above tweet is ACQUIRE, not invest.
Don't think a hostile takeover is on the cards here as management/top 20 very well positioned.
And they also know likely won't be able to offer high enough here , with management already clearly indicating they just want to keep their head down now and keep on producing/refine the plant.
