Ive looked at that and there’s much better technology.
Speech analytics is already big and there’s some brilliant tech out there and much of it from smaller nimbler players so hopefully they bring theirs up to speed if it isn’t already on par.

Google and AWS are elephants in the room and risk making a lot of cool tech mainstream but those who will do well now are those who continue to bring new features and shiny things forward as the big guys catch up.
