The dilution was to buy Diasource - who decided that? We’ll never know - the entire board?

GC and FC backed the buy at 7c from memory because the obviously thought the deal was good (they also took a chunk of shortfall shares as well) - my own thoughts are that this deal was orchestrated by Fergana under our then Chairman - I think it was he who said if ADO don’t purchase we will die - maybe I’m wrong on that one.

DV you continually like to implicate GC and FC and hold them out as the problem but to me they have been the only guys to really put their money where their mouth was - was this smart or stupid Ihave my views inhibdsight now of course. Have these guys - prospered from that transaction - no. I know they are still around when others have gone and we now seem to be heading in the right direction with real prospects.
