so lets keep this real simple.
when you say portal i think of a gateway which controls access.... a bit like a toll bridge maybe?
And i imagine any traffic that passes that gateway /crosses that bridge pays a toll.
Sounds valuable to me!
Particularly if millions... maybe billions of people cross that bridge to access mobile content.
