I have just been through all the Moho results to the north, including the work by John Hronsky, who also consults to SRI, and I would say they are onto something with this acquisition. Time will tell, but it was exactly this sort of innovative target generation work in covered areas with no previous exploration that led to the discovery of Olympic Dam by WMC. It's what mineral explorers do: turn ideas into projects and projects into discoveries. It's a high risk game, but the rewards are massive, and you have to be in it to win it. And Sipa are in it without any shadow of a doubt.
And that major NNW fault structure that Sipa have covered, running right through the SW edge of their tenements, is a dead ringer for the two deep-seated NNW fault structures that Dr Hronsky believes is generating all the gold and base metal mineralisation further north, on the Moho/IGO project, and further north across the Croydon goldfield. A very strategic acquisition by Sipa, and I cannot wait to see those tenements granted and the geochemistry started.
