Ken: “Each customer is pretty much dealt with in the same way. We contract for time, volume but at a floating price. Price is linked in essence to the product suite the customers sell.”
Joe: “How tough was that to sell as an idea?”
Ken: “Actually we were surprised how quickly they got the model. The market can work in both directions, we don’t want to miss out on the upside in a rising market, equally they don’t want to be paying too much if the price is coming off.”
