We we thinking that the seller could be the placement buyers of 366m shares in July 2018. However it's long time now and we have a substantial holder who we think buys through Deutsche Bank, therefore I think we have no keen seller of placement shares but we may have a bank using the highest trading technologies and brutal tactics.
This video was posted on another stock thread. Explains how the banks are behaving when buying shares on market. Sell it down and buy at lows! I am sure many already know it.
It doesn't mate how the big buyers buy their shares though. What matters is the fundamentals of the company. Lynas is an example of that. While the price was going down, the 3 of the substantial holders (Fidelity/FIL, Challenger and Greencape) were all buying on market, because they were only acting and buying due to the fantastic fundamentals of LYC.
