Would a shortfall really surprise anyone?
By the time they got the prospectus out to me I didnt have time to free up funds then move it to where I could pay it by BPAY. This was always going to be a gift to Pattos, whom will do what they normally do for the next little bit.
At least we have money to move forward, even if we are diluted in the process. Would have prepared a cap raising if we were going to do it that actually took the product to full commercial release though.
