Here in lies the risk. Wesfarmers are buying Lynas. Lynas is a company that has had no end of issue getting to and maintaining production.
What exactly does WES bring to the table? Get it right and they make a good return. Get it wrong and they look foolish plus waste a sheet tin of SH's coin.
