That doesn't make any sense.
If they buy us they have us.

You need something, you buy it and you have it.

It is not like they would only buy the assets. A few people would go (top management) and most would stay.
For the right price, they could easily replace management (people who execute and deliver would be good) and key people to bring or even raise expertise.

Sorry I do like your posts but this makes no sense.
If they needed us that much and wanted to buy us, they would have made an offer a long time ago.
