A couple of dots to connect...

Ava IVL provide separate announcement about interest in its business, possibly with an equity injection...

Equity injection means dilution.

Rate of dilution is a function of SP.

Today they sprout an update to get the market to take notice....maybe to push SP up to start the process of avoid unnecessary dilution...

Maybe they are hoping this notice will take it back to a fairer value; the stock was definitely oversold... then layer on layer this "fairer price making announcement" with "share price surging announcement (aka Indian military)" as a means of avoiding that unnecessary dilution...........I don't think the IVL announcement and this one are not coincidental, this looks deliberate.

I would expect some positives coming very soon, This time of year has traditionally been a good time of the year for contract wins.

Moving the SP higher is going to be the focus for the next little while I suspect.
