You do realise with this latest light bulb moment you are having DB that if what you are now saying comes to pass first oil will not come in 2022.
In fact if arbitration keeps on keeping on first oil might be seen in 2024 or beyond going by your logic.
I am sure you once said the plan to development has to keep going without any hold ups regardless, seems that's changed going by your altered thoughts.

Hard to fathom really and all I can say is mehhh to that.
The only sticking point I see is FAR not finding their other 50%
This will only mean a dilution of their stake as per the J/V agreement, and hopefully that does not occur or none of us will get our money back.

How a company can get into so much drama is a mystery.
