well what we do know is that Van Eck had 42m odd shares at last count and they didn’t start from zero - so by my rough count that leaves turnover of 200m plus shares since start of Jan unaccounted for. Normal turnover (generously) assumes to be 2m shares a day - I reckon that leaves a fair chunk going to the bigger end of town. Has to be instos or strategic investors from the larger end of town. It’s difficult not to think there has been some strategic accumulation by potentially interested parties....if only to get a head start. Any positive company news will add to the party and if the gold price heads to my near term target of 1370+ it will add to the momentum as well. All else being equal you would have to say this run is stretched but maybe all else isn’t equal. watching keenly !
