This is my question as well.
If we get scaled back to $1500, then we end up with 70 shares. Even based on last Friday's price we only make $140. I guess money is money but they get to hold the balance for at least a couple of weeks too.
Don't get me wrong, I am optimistic about teh company and its prospects just this offer was good for sophisticated investors but not for the retail holders.
