I've overlooked dilution at this point for the AUD312.5mil equity & I could b wrong.

After watching the recent NY trip intvw I thought that mayb CN was over there talking to Lenders or Credit agencies to come up with some sort of cash mechanism using their Net certified reserves as Collateral (same as an RBL facility). Factor that credit facility with a small raising perhaps.

They've averaged 7.9c & raised AUD 234mil since June 2014 till April 2017 (ie 8, 46.7, 40, 60 & 80mil) to go from 2.499 bil to 5.4 bil SOI. I guess this is where the Chef's 'groundhog day' skills would have come handy from his UBS days when they were doing the raising for OSH's PNG project

Also noticed that Soc-Gen were the leading banker for Kosmos's Debt facility for Jubilee's USD 3.3 bil gross capex for Phase-1 back in 2009. Not surprised to see WPL mention them as the Lead financier for SNE.
