Takeover blather on any stock forum makes me nervous because it's mostly a contrarian indicator. If a large swathe of holders are eager with the idea, it signals that people aren't confident that the company has the wherewithal to push onwards and upwards from there by themselves; that they've run out of either competency or ability to manage new scale requirements. I don't think this is the case with BOT but I'll be more relieved when this happy-clappy opinionating dies off.
