That's an easy one, menace. The slide from the peak corresponded exactly with the share consolidation. As soon as it was announced the smart holders sold, triggering more selling. Consolidations destroy shareholder value, Finance 101.
As far as the more recent action goes, I'd say a 61.8% technical retracement. The bigger than usual retracement caused by general weakness in the sector.
