So you're saying you sold because a deal wasn't big enough for you.
Any deal is a good deal which can generate revenue every bit helps.
You seem to talk EM1 up then you say you sold, wierd.
In other words you guys don't trust your management that it's a good deal, management of EM1 think it is a good deal.
Anyway I'm happy as a holder of ICI it's a good deal, all IMO.
