I think AAL will have no problem finding a backer and I get the feeling that Cauchari might end up with something other than a Japanese partner - just a hunch.
If I was planning for security of supply, I would be happy with the very scalable facility at Olaroz, but would be seeking to diversify the natural disaster and sovereign risks - at a bare minimum in another province, but preferably in another country
