Beale it is most likely there is nothing to announce and twit smallcap is exactly that, a twit - pumping his position for an exit...reeks of desperation. Look at his tweet history, one day it’s Strides buying Artimist, the next it’s Aytu. He has absolutely no idea - would sell a a pair of glasses to a blind man if he could.
