Geo I’m sorry but this is an exceptional deal for holders. We have raised 10m from a very sticky investor with quality history. You do realise that a raise from SIs and instos would have seen a liot of stag and cost us ~5% or so of the raise to complete. Not so with one Cornerstone Strategic Investor.
Not only that but look at the Optics of the thing. There is no better sight than seeing one of Australias richest people invest at a premium.
Don’t forget wednesday we were 34c and 10 day VWAP probably not far off that so to speak about it only being a premium to 37 is slightly disengenuous imo
