Deliberate relisting delay?

Well I made a simular statement about investors pulling there CR and for the company having to work out who get more shares.
Tell me if I'm wrong if you pull your CR shares that means someone else that may of missed out gets the shares they may not of got. This means the company would have to work out who gets the shares. If this gets pulled i will CGB monday and clarify how this all works because I'm confused.

Pretty sure the company will not decide on share allocation until close of offer.

Than he/she will either recieve their allotment from the cr or a refund.
