"The 500 mil additional shares to be issued in hypothesis would not pass existing shareholder approval.
Company can raise 15% plus an additional 10%, nowhere near enough almost 50 % as mentioned in report."

this gets voted on every agm.

shares on issue 1.163m

15 %. = 175m

thats 1.338m total

add extra 10% 134m. = 1.472m


thats 309m shares the board can issue without shareholders approval. what would be the odds of them getting more than that !!! it is a made up number, they used to value ado.
