I gather that you live in Perth, is that correct?
If I lived in Perth, rather than make disparaging remarks on an anonymous site like HC, I would make an appointment with David Crook and visit him personally, and, in a polite and friendly manner, sit down and discuss your grievances with him.
He is very easy to speak with face to face. I know as I have done it several times, and I live in Brisbane.
Who knows, you may even come away impressed. If luck has it you may get a coffee and a bickie while you are there.
If you do not live in Perth, then go to one of the conferences that PIO attend, much to the annoyance of several holders, and put your questions to him.
If you phone or email David, he will arrange free entrance for you. When I go I even manage to get a free lunch.
The lamb stew at the Brisbane one was to die for.
Posting in a threatening manner will not get any of us anywhere.
