Great now let's get on with it.
It wouldn't surprise me to see a term sheet signed with an acid plant contractor near-term which would take care of 62% of capital expenditures, significantly de-risk the project and make financing the processing plant just that much easier.
I don't believe the ASX had grounds to pull the company up on yesterday's release but it makes little difference either way, the market is more informed than it was previously and that can only be a good thing.
