According to news reports he was arrested within 21 minutes.

From video he spent exactly 6 minutes at first mosque before leaving...apparently takes 13 min to drive to second location. Along the way stopped for pedestrians as well as stopping to fire shots through windscreen that didn't even shatter in footage.

Official timeline leaves no time for what apparently happened at the second location before driving off again to be finally caught by 2 police officers.

So how was he arrested within 21 minutes..?
