I wouldn't associate any volatility that has or will happen to the Buy Back per say. I think it is more attributable to any developments regarding the underlying business, e.g DADI, re-developments, price increase and future growth prospects/sites(QLD/VIC etc).
Some of these catalysts to volatility for the next 6 months could be - Dadi acquisition confirmation and any update - The commencement of the Buy Back - Sale of Banksmeadow - FY report
