GC was in all seriousness convinced we were on the cusp of a major deal, his enthusiasm was real and well founded.
What has that to with leadership if partner company undergoes restructuring and orients itself along inferior products in order to save money?
How often have you been on the receiving end of such developments?
They are hard to deal with as they deeply dampen your credibility and reputation, even though you had nothing to do with the decision making process on the other side.
That is your job as a CEO and you have to take the cheap punches if things go wrong, this justifies, among other things the high salary.

Apart from that, we have new management and I wonder what " fluff" they have produced so far?
Have they not delivered two MTAs within the battery space on the heels of two successful independent evaluations?
Product launch in China as we speak, within 2 months orders and revenue flows commencing from our partnership with Geneodx, Ellume partnership and validation of our products, GSK partnership for Ellume?
Sona partnership in Canada?
