We have greater share dilution but in that we have gained the remainder of MCL and it's associated business and IP. We also have the MOU with Biohealth.
Dilution of a stock on happens when the assest purchased doesn't bring more value to the company than the number of shares decreases the the value.

Saying it will drop half just because is pretty amateurish and shows a lack of understanding.
